At the end of June, I received an email from Amazon Associates Programme with an offer I could not refuse:

After years of promoting Amazon as an affiliate marketer, I have received a small token of recognition from Amazon and I am very proud.

I’ve got a long way to go before I become a top affiliate but this has motivated me to look at what the real top marketers are doing and I intend to try using more social media platforms to get my promotions in front of people.

I will need a massive number of followers on my social media before I will qualify as an influencer, but this is a small step up on the ladder.
